HRP-4C
The performance, called "Dance Robot LIVE! - HRP-4C Cybernetic Human," is the culmination of a year-long effort to teach the humanoid to dance. The routine was produced by renowned dancer/choreographer SAM-san (a member of the popular music group TRF who has worked with numerous well-known artists like SMAP and BoA), and the lip-synced song is a Vocaloid version of "Deatta Koro no Yō ni" by Kaori Mochida (Every Little Thing).

Ellen Page, una delle protagoniste insieme ad un sempre piu' incredibile Leonardo di Caprio, lo definisce cosi' sul LA Times:
“There’s a tangible realism even when it gets crazy, and somehow that makes the jeopardy feel more real. It’s like reading a Haruki Murakami novel — it’s fantasy, but instead of feeling like some strange surreal world it feels very honest. The emotional spine of the story is there too, which is the key to his movies. There’s the big scale, but the sincerity isn’t left behind. The story is complicated but never confusing.”
Commento del regista Nolan:
“I always find myself gravitating to the analogy of a maze. Think of film noir and if you picture the story as a maze, you don’t want to be hanging above the maze watching the characters make the wrong choices because it’s frustrating. You actually want to be in the maze with them, making the turns at their side, that keeps it more exciting…I quite like to be in that maze.”

Non che non me ne fossi accorto...
Siccome e' un argomento molto di moda parliamo di tempo.
La Japan Meteorological Agency segnala che l'estate che sta finendo e' stata la piu' calda in Giappone dal 1898 (giusto perche' abbiamo misurazioni solo da quella data altrimenti si poteva andare parecchio piu' lontano nel tempo secondo me...).
Circa 2 gradi sopra la media degli ultimi quarant'anni (1.64 C), il record precedente era del 1994.
Tutti i record di massime sono stati battuti un po dappertutto, da Tokyo a Sapporo. La settimana scorsa in particolare a Maizuri, Prefettura di Kyoto 38.3 C, Toyooka, Prefettura di Hyogo 37.9 C e Obama, Prefettura di Fukui 37.4 C
