From tomorrow the Tepco Electric Company is going to stop electric power in 5 regions of Kanto area, 3 hours each group.
Tepco website but seems unreacheable at the moment (as expected... too many connections).

In Tsukuba: from 6.20, 10.30 and from 16.50, 20.30, first group. Tsukuba appears also in 3rd group 12.20-16.
